Did u guys have any problems with your second one ? Did u have to get your second one replaced? Were u able to hold on your phone while they send u a new one? Thanks I wanted to get mine replace bc it's starting to creak really bad and some other small problems. I'm just afraid they will just send me another messed of phone.

I have not done this with the G1, but the last phone I exchanged.. they had me wait until I received the new phone before sending the original back..

Ok so I talked to the tmo women(she had a sexy voice almost made me wanted to make out with the phone. Anyways she said I had to talk to the g1 darpartment so she forward me over to them. So then I talked to guy and said he never heard of the creaking problem. So then he said I can get it replaced but since today was the last day for my 14 day return I can't hold on to the phone. I was pissed off so then he said let me check with my supervisior and he said yea I can't hold on to it but u can get a loner but there was no store with a loner alone me. I have no other phone and I can't be without it so I'm stuck with the one I got . Its bs but I'm still thinking about that sexy voice. LOL I need a girlfriend.

they wont let me get a replacement with in 14 days cause apparently they have to get the phone at the return warehouse within 14 days.

SO I TOO AM STUCK WITH A PHONE I DO NOT WANT.

yea it blows. Tmo needs to extend it to like 30 days with all the g1 problems . O and I forgot to say the guy said the black ones r back order till the 10th.
