Default No longer a T-Mobile Employee

... I hate to say it but this is the bad news. 1 week after the delivery of my newborn baby, my employer has fired me because of one of my associates stealing quite a lot of money while "I WAS OUT OF WORK" for the birth of my child. The reason they had was because I was the store manager and I'm solely responsible for anything that happens in the store. Unfortunately I will not be as informative as far as T-Mobile goes from here on out. Let's just hope I can find another job to provide for my family... =(

Wow man, that REALLY stinks. I'm sure you'll do fine, everything happens for a reason. On to bigger and better.

    Isn't that wrongful termination though?

Anyways, I'm very sorry to hear about what happened
I'm sure you'll find a new job in no time.

Wouldn't the responsibility of your store while you had requested off fall in your District Manager's lap? Isn't that kind of the point of having a hierarchy set up? Kind of sounds like you got fired to cover someone else's screw up. Its all good man, what goes around comes around, like others have said, on to bigger and better things.
