need advice

ok so i have a pre ordered g1 the first g1 one i got, i was supposed to send it back but i didnt end up doing it ( to busy) so they charged me for it only 50 buck suprising, but i dont need it because i already have one, now the catch is it is one of the phones that creaks and the screen is a bit loose and the the back cover is a bit loose as well. But i just got off the phone with HTC and the told me that even though i recieved a new one, HTC will replace the phone because it is no longer under tmobiles warranty but under theirs now how much should i sell it for, i dont want to send it in because if i do the warranty would go under my name not the buyers if i were to exchange it. Sorry if that was to much info at once, O and included is charger an d invisible shield screen cover, data cable etc.
