My G1 has arrived.

It was scheduled to be delivered on the 6th, I've spent all day at work - my phone died at work and I had no charger, so I just got off at 6:30pm and called home. Wishing, hoping, wanting.....

No phone?!

UPS ... left it off the truck/or forgot to deliver it to my city at all. They say.. "sorry"... I say "Die DIE DIE!" . Which they respond to as - sorry. T-mobile also said sorry to the fact they only have UPS as a carrier. Either way I'm too annoyed to care, lol.

Better luck tomorrow.

make sure when you get your G1... you condition the battery... i.e.
first put it together your G1...put your sim in...
then
connect it and leave it for 12 hrs...you can use it.. but dont disconnect..
and
enjoy

I have to put on the invis shield first I think. Might want to do that before the battery then leave it charging... Then again the heat may hurt the shield. We'll have to see as things move along...

my battery life is ok...still runs out quick, but not as fast as before.

I have never felt any heat on the screen, so you shouldn't worry... the only heat ive felt is on the chin of the G1 and in between my xgirlfriends legs.....lol

Is this really a thread? I was glad we got past all the "I got my G1" threads..apparently not.

Just so you guys know, we have dedicated threads for these types of posts. Re-posted threads with the same topics like this one, bury new threads with new topics. Please use the "search" function and post accordingly.
