Looking 4 360 photo maker from MS

I heard Microsoft made a free software or website where you can take several pictures from your camera and than convert them to a 360 view.

I try to look for it on their website but I can not find it. Can anyone give me the link?

If anyone knows even better place to go to that is also free than let me know.

I think its a program with in vista...

I believe there was a program called photostitch that did it. (That might of just been software that came with a camera I bought though also.)

I've done it in the post manually with photoshop (not free) by making one photo a layer you could see through for lining up...

I know there's those type of apps on the iPhone. If the devs can start porting their stuff over.
