Is this rom a cyanogen rip off?

Ok am i seeing things or does this room look like a total rip of cyanogens work?

Maybe I am being to picky but it even looks like he copied alot of cyanogens notes..

Tell me what yall think?

seems like its a compilation of other peoples work + palm pre theme

plus he also list that its from cm-3.9.5, so if he gives proper credit then it should be ok

I guess when I saw the patch notes. It just made me think he copying and pasting. Even some of his answers to things like the removal of the battery image from the lock screen where the same as cyanogen.

I hear the jacxrom is pretty close to cyanogens is this true?

Its nice to have alterantives it seems like everyone else stopped making rom's!
