Is it worth moving to T-mobile? And how did you get out of your contract?

There's not enough good things you can say about t-mobile's call quality or customer service. Outstanding. But I live in South Florida and travel mostly to major cities, and that's the one caveat.

I was in rural North Carolina last week and had no service, and that is a problem in many spots around the country. In the proper area, it is bested only by Verizon in terms of quality carrier, and nothing is close for the money.

The nice thing is if you do leave ATT they have a good ETP.. Where they take off 5 bucks a month off a 175... So if you only had them for a year you will pay 115 to get out of your contract.

In trems of moveing to tmoble it really what everyone above me said where you live. I whould frist take a look at the covege tmoble gives you in the places where you spend most of your time. You can check that here or by useing one of your friends tmoble phones.. If it you like the coverage then by all means join tmoble.

I have kept the same carrier for 10 years now.. Since it was Aerial.. At this point, there is nothing that would make me leave, T-Mobile just keeps getting better and better...

Been a Tmo sub Since the they took over voicestream. Always loved the service, and prices. Wasn't always a fan of the phone selection but that all changed once the G1 dropped.
