hey mr.unknown guy stop calling me

So last night I had to babysit late last night and as I was falling alsleep I kept getting a phone call from a unknown caller. I was a little scared bc I thought I was in some scream horror movie . So I kept picking up but no one was there then it would just hang up once I picked it up. Then today they called again and no one there.Was it someone plank calling me or is the phone just doing it self? Has anyone else have this problem b4? I heard about the random texts from sketchy numbers but not calls. Thanks

I get calls from very unfamiliar area codes too but it isn't as often to stir an alarm.

What I usually do when I make unimportant accounts or purchases online is to associate my phone number with an alias that way I can track who/what/when is distributing information.

Same goes for mail.

I wish there was a way to block unknown numbers and send them straight to voicemail like you can do with any other contact, but I haven't seen a way yet

I get unknown calls once and a while and when ever i say hello they just hang up. I haven't gotten it in like a week. and they are not constant, but i do get a decent amount

If you create contact info for the number you wish to block/forward to voicemail. Towards the bottom right above the "+More Info" button is a little check mark for forwarding calls if you click that every time that number calls they will only get voicemail.

ok ill stop calling........but seriously just dont answer it. i dont even answer numbers i dont recognize. thats the beauty of caller id.

save unknown to phone book then mark to send to voicemail!

you should try using the "caller id white pages" app. it will at least show you where the call is commin from and sometimes the actual name of residency. and register your number with the "stop calling me" app. this will put your number on the governments "do not call" list. so far i havent had any bs soliciting calls after registering.

.this has been happening to me for a good 2weeks now .i thought some1 was prank calling me too .so after the 1st 2 calls .&. no1 answered i stopped picking up .my roomate has a G1 also .&. its happening to her as well .im gonna try the whole "add unknown to my contacts .&. fwd them to vmail" thing .hope this works =/

This has been happening to me for quite some time now. Except this 'Unknown' number will call at all hours of the day and night sometimes 30-40 times in a row.

I've contacted TMobile about it and they basically said the only thing I could do is change my number (I've had the same number since 2002)

Hopefully someone will create an App that'll take care of this.
