Ok so I had problems with my keyboard sliding out before and got a new g1 from t mobile.so now this new one has an even worse keyboard problem.it gets stuck half way and makes a nasty clicking sound when I force it open or closed.so I called (611) today and they are going to send me another phone yet again.I also got an extra battery because mine dosnt even last half the day.and yet again this battery dies all the same.I have set my batteries up by letting them fully die and recharge until full so its not me.since I have to change batteries daily my back piece cracked.so after being on the phone for 15 or 20 minutes the really nice guy bought me the back part off the htc website and is going to void the bill.also gave me express shipping for free.(best rep I have yet to experience).anyways so its all great I get all this new stuff...I'm just wish there wouldn't be anymore problems.considering 2 phones have had the same problem I'm sure this won't be my last call to them.ahhhhhh I almost wish I would have waited to get the phone till it had been out for a while and all the bugs where worked out.

i love t-mobiles customer service ! the best customer service . sounds like you had some bad luck . i hope the next phone will be as good as mine . i got my phone oct 20th , it was a preorder . i have never had a problem with it , of any kind . again , good luck

HAHAHAHAHA.so i just got the replacement phone AND IT HAS THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!they are sending me out yet another one.if i get one more ****ed up phone im selling this **** on ebay and getting an iphone.
