G1 Replaced FIVE Times...Need Your Opinions!

honestly , i would be skeptical also . i dont think that 5 phones were malfunctioning . might as well buy a lottery ticket with those chances . maybe there is just something you dont understand about the g1/android . you could also have too many apps running in the background which could give those symptoms . have you tried an app called taskiller ? it will kill your background apps .

ya this is the FIRST time I've heard someone having so much trouble with this many of the same phone, or spending that much money with tmobile in 11 months o_O

I have 52.04mb available on the internal phone storage. I was "skeptical" of the market place after downloading apps and my Bluetooth not working on the first phone. The only applications I have downloaded on the phones since then are ShopSavy and The Weather Channel which are both trusted. I am not sure how the lights staying on have anything to do with me not understanding the G1. Here is a video of what it is doing.

The $2300 is everything I have spent with T-Mobile between phones and monthly bills. I did have my ex on the account who had overages on text messages until I switched it to unlimited. Even more reason why I would think T-Mobile would want to keep a customer like me around that is just extra money for them.

ah so you have more then one line, makes sense then.. thought you were spending that much between 1 phone, 11 months of service just for you and a few shipping charges ... lol

I've Had 4 Different G1's Since I Got It In December, I Will Blame Myself Since I Rooted Them And Messed Up By Bricking Them, The Last Phone I Have Though It Great! And I Used To Have The iPhone Since It Came Out, But Then Last December I Moved Then The G1.

I think you're doing something to the phones. There's no way you've had that many problems and nobody else has even mentioned them.
