u love coolers lol, do they really make a difference? I might get one for my next rig.
dude that thing can do 4.0 Ghz with EASE.. Trust Me! I'm a mad OCer
Now go back and get the Xigmatek Dark Knight or S1283v CPU Cooler

that or the Thermalright Venomous X Cooler, or something similar instead of the stock intel one. And you can do 4.0 Ghz stable very easily..
I've done a few builds with the Antec 300, it's a great little case but I wish they'd paint the inside black.. Another good small case is the CM Storm Scout. I've done 2 with that case also.
Here's a little teaser of my current system I run. (you can also check out my build log in my sig)

well, if you're overclocking yea. You can't get to 4.0 Ghz with the tiny stock fan that comes with an intel chip...
well you can but not very easily. and temps will be really high.. I had something like the Thermalright Venomous X before I went water cooling, and without that better cooler my chip under a full load while gaming, or benchmarking would get past the safe threshhold of 65C, but now i don't get anywhere near that even at 4.3 Ghz on all 4 cores.
it helps for overclocking, but for a stock system it doesn't matter.
