AwesomeI use the Antec300 for my home server (file/media server). Looks like you have a quality build. I personally like buying RAM in 2,4 or 8 (but that is just a quirk).
I finally took the plunge and it was a fun experience. Being a tad impulsive I was not planning on doing it so soon, but I was at my local Microcenter and they had everything I needed. I probably could have saved a little money on a few things from shopping at newegg, but I couldn't beat the price of the i7-930 at microcenter - only 200 dollars.
The bottom line is I came in just around the 900 dollar mark - after rebates. I have windows 7 doing a burning in and finished loading my work stuff on windows.
Tonight I'll be loading fedora on the beast and getting that baby configured. I'm not really a gamer so I adjusted the components accordingly. the PSU, MB and graphic card selections more or less reflects that decision.
I'm anxious to see how fedora 13 handles this beast with 6gb, 4 cores

It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me
Ram quantity differs between ddr2 & 3 and I believe the 930 supports 3 which is why it would be six. That's a nice build I have an i7 860 build myself.
That antec case is quickly becoming the most popular on AC I have it to on the server I built a few weeks ago.
I liked some of the features that the antec 902 had, but newegg had a special going last week, 49 dollars and a 15 dollar rebate - that was too hard to pass up.
Plus in doing my research, the 300 is a quieter case then the 902. irregardless, the 300 is a great case, good quality, nice looks. I couldn't be more pleased.
You got the case for 34 bucks? Man I should of waited!![]()
My last build I used a P6T. Great board. I haven't had any issues with it yet. Got my 930 overclocked all the way up to 4 ghz and it loves it. I do have it water cooled and that helps tons! Looks like you have a good setup there! Good Job! Always love building a new machine. lol Once a year thing for me. Well, for my self anyway. I build them for others too.
I'm happy with the performance, once the dust settles with installing/configuring etc. I may take the plunge in over clocking though not to the extent of 4GHz
I'll probably push my 2.8 to the low 3.0 range.
