wut is the deal
k i have had a g1 since april 09 and i can't take not having access to paid market , i have had a couple devs send the apk to there apps , but this is becoming just constantly frustrating when all u can get is the crappy free **** or the tease lite versions , i do find the odd app by warez , im sure canada is not the only country that does not support paid apps , this is a big issue on why android isn't realy catching on in these countries , not to mention carriers locking certain features , it seems that unless u live in the states u cannot reap the benefits on android , IE. google voice being only avail in u.s. would anyone know why this is :?

as far as i know, there are 2 markets that dont have paid apps, canada and an asian market(dont remember which one). maybe there are more. that is a rogers problem for you in canada. they, for some odd reason, arent allowing it. maybe they dont have a payment system. if you took your phone to the US, you'd have a paid market. anyways, since you are rooted, you should try this http://market-enabler.googlecode.com...er_v3.0.7.html its the market enabler. here is the full web page for it http://code.google.com/p/market-enabler/
