Default Wobbly Screen/creak/clicking/ and crooked screen 4-in-1 fix

Hey guys, I dont know if this has been posted or not but I managed to fix alot of the common hardware problems with the G1. Its an easy DIY. It is best to use something thin that can compress. I used some leftover circular pieces from my invisible shield.

DISCLAIMER: I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU SOMEHOW BREAK YOUR PHONE DURING THIS DIY.

    1. Take two of the little circles. Peel both of the paper and stack one perfectly on top of the other. Your gonna have to do this part twice for each side.

    2. Slide one stack of circles in between the screen and the keyboard on the lower right hand side and repeat for the upper right hand side. Its easier if you slide open the phone.

    3. The circles should be positioned roughly around here...

    4. Once positioned, press down lightly on the upper and lower right hand side of the screen.

    5. Voila your done!!!!

I am not saying that this is a guaranteed fix for all four problems but it worked for my phone.

Nice write up, should help out allot of the users here on the forums.

on a side note do not take offense to my comment but the invisishield makes the phone look ugly. It allows all the finger prints to show up more readily and creates this shine to it. But the phone is protected!

I actually put on a bodyguardz and did not like it. Made the phone will weird and look shiny... I might leave just the screen protector.

I actually agree. I like the matte finish alot better but its a small price to pay for ultimate protection.

dtchui...can you post a few more pics /diff angles of your phone with (after you applied the skin)
I was about to buy the skin from BSE (bestskinsever) but something held me back. Im most likely going to apply only the front but before i get it i wanna see what the invisible shield actually covers ie: corners, etc..

Duh! Great idea....it fixes any gripe at all I have with the phone. Problem is, I don't have that invisible sheild thing. Have any other suggestions for materials to use?
    I've tried:
    Double sided tape-too thick
Masking tape-too thin and very difficult to get a couple layers in.

Also, what was your method for sticking that stuff in?

    Again, thx for the creativity
