The black looks fine, but I'm hoping they offer the white before the 22nd and that I can switch. The white would be much better than the brown. I never understood brown phones.

haha yeah if i had to choose i guess i would go with the black one but it seems like that the only color everyone is getting...im waiting for the white G1 whenever thats going to be...UGHHH..someone if they have information on this issue pleaseeee responddd

Ehh, I mean it doesn't look horrible, but the phone itself looks good. The brown certainly doesn't HELP it. Besides the WHOLE THING isn't brown, like it is with the G1, or the Sidekick LX. I dunno, I just didn't find it that attractive.

I've just never been a big fan of the colour I guess.

I spoke with a T-Mobile representative and she notified me that the white G1 will only be available at the store on the official release date. You can order preorder the black or brown versions. I personally like the brown one the most as it is the most unique. I feel like the white is too "iPhony" and will tend to get dirty very easily.

Hmm, damn, I wonder if they have any way to exchange them or something. I really wanted a white one. If that's really their policy, that's freaking stupid. I'll have to call TMO tonight and see what they say.
