I've wondered this as well because occasionally I stumble upon a bad bug or something that I would like to be fixed and have no way of submitting the information. Any light shed on this would be great
I never really found this out but,
is there like a link on there website or email address that "users" can email or leave feedback to the Android Dev team to hear our "complaints / issues" we would like to be fixed with the next OTA / firmware update?
im curious if they even listen to the users and there compliants about known issues and if they are gonna do anything about them.

nobody knows =(
Hey guys, for the official issues list go here.
You can post issues you stumble across, and they (eventually) get checked by a Google staff member, then assigned a priority and status. I say eventually because there are currently roughly 1400 posts.
