Default What's the basic hardware requirement for a Android phone?

I want to buy a ARM prototype board and install Android in this system,
however, the android codes are still not released. Does anyone know the
basic hardware requirements for Android system? Is ARM9 200M + 64RAM ok?

From what I understand, the only details about hardware requirements that have been released are Andy Rubin's comments during last week's conference call Q&A that Android will require "at minimum" the equivalent of a 200 MHz ARM 9 processor. No mention of memory or other requirements from what I can tell, other than that it will openly support multiple display sizes, keypads/configurations, etc.

Any firm suggestions will be helpful

ARM 200M + 64MRAM maybe the basic requirement.

but I think map program is impossible running on ARM200+RAM64.

    Copying away from Android Wiki:
According to Andy Rubin, director of mobile platforms at Google, the minimum requirements for Android handsets are 32 MB of RAM, 32 MB of flash memory, and a 200 MHz online processor. There are companies within the Open Handset Alliance working to bring that to even lower-power phones.
Some of the optional APIs indicate the need for certain components (GPS etc.), but those have not been specified so far.

    Question

Typical Linux-based phones require 128x128 memory and generally more horsepower than an ARM9 @ 200MHz, especially for any kind of concurrency, so I'm a little skeptical at these claims. Anyone have info on the specific configuration that runs on 32x32 or 64x64 @ 200MHz? Is all functionality supported? If not, how much? What concurrent activities are possible?
