it says sprint hero at the top left. im guessing its a g1?
well if you did your homework b4 buying the phone you would have known that, also the hero is not a new phone it just has been updated with the new hardware and You sense other than that it has been around for quite some time now and is known to be one of the best androids out there.sprint is just the first in US to try out the newer version of the phone and being that all the other hero's run strictly on gsm the new cdma vers is seemingly new to us not to the other countries who have had the privalage to use the device beforehand, but since the our ver the hero is now twice as better than it use to be.I don't know what your looking for in a phone but technology wise, the ease of upgradability and the open source says alot about this device. I don,t understand why someone would make a purchase of something electronical and not do their research b4 hand to see if this is really for them there is plenty of sites with reviews new and old about the device, everyone is crying about sprint this and sprint that but sprint didn't make the phone nor does it have anything to do with how it was made or anything else for that matter they are just the devices carrier. with minimal input for the device.
