Default Was Rooted not rooted right now Hero, Rosie, Roger's Question

I was rooted but then my phone was stolen. I originally had the JF ROM on my phone. But with my replacement I have the Official Cupcake build. If I decide to root my phone is the process harder to install the Superhero, hero, Rosie or Roger's build on the phone or is just making sure I have the current Radio build downloading the rom Wiping my phone and installing the Rom?

everything is the same, except for hero, and possibly a couple of other newer roms, you'll want the 1.33.2005 spl. instructions are in my sig. to be followed exactly.
