    Hey Developers

Can you able to make wmv file for the open source? Is that too hard for you to make one?

    Look at BlackBerry Storm, http://www.gsmarena.com/blackberry_storm_9530-2540.php

RIM people can do it... Wake up Android Developrs come on !

I think some people are just a dit too antsey. The G1 officially does not launch until tomorrow and it seems you are demanding programs today....

    wow...

You can't even go to the store and buy the phone yet!!!! Developers will make almost anythign work on the Android platform in time. You need to be patient. If these things are a deal breaker for you, don't buy the phone. No one is forcing you to. Maybe you shouldn't be an early adopter of a new platform if you are not willing to work through the growing pains as the OS evolves.

At this point, video is no longer the issue for potential deaf consumers of Android phones.

According to T-Mobile customer service representatives, it is not possible to get a data-only plan with an Android phone, as it is with the Blackberry or the Sidekick. This makes phone plans for Deaf people cost-prohibitive, sticking them with a bill for a voice feature that they will never use.

According to a 1994 study by the National Center for Health Statistics, there were 67,414,000 deaf or hard of hearing people in the United States between the ages of 18 and 34. Google is missing out on a major market share.

There's only about 67 million 18-34 year-olds in total in the US, I'm pretty sure all of them aren't deaf or hard-of-hearing. And there's not a whole lot Google can do in this situation, it's up to T-Mobile and the other networks to provide suitable data plans

my deaf friend sms me and i've spoken to people on her phone for her but it seems something like pay as you go would be more appropriate with web and walk as an add on.

if they can't do that in the usa why not, they (t-mobile/Deutsche Telekom) can in Europe.
