Want to go from Haykuro H to G build

I really like the Haykuro H build, I'm running the latest one right now, like 5.0.3H I think. I'm pretty sure I want to go to the G build but I don't want to lose any of my apps when I switch over. Is there any way to do this? I've heard about making nandroid backups when flashing but how do I restore the apps and everything once I've flashed? Any other relevant info would be helpful, too.

Go to this thread http://androidcommunity.com/forums/f...android-15999/ the instructions are a few replies down. basically when you get to this part:

2) Put these files all into android
_______a) fastboot.exe
_______b) system.img
_______c) data.img
_______d) boot.img

Only put the fastboot.exe and the data.img in. Once you finish the process you'll still have all your apps and settings.
