Voice Dialing

"Press and hold to open the voice dialer"

That beats up my iPhone right there.

You know i have had 4 or 5 phones with the voice dialer feature and i never used it. Maybe the G1 will change that!

Seems like it would be cool to have. Do you have to pre record the names you would be using voice dial for?

If you have to pre record the names that would be lame. My Wing has voice dial and it recognizes your voice...well...as good as it can...with no need to pre record.

Hi, I think there is a discrepancy between the British release and US releases as I donot have a Dialler on page 41 of the manual. Can any UK owner tell me if they have a voice dialer on their phone, as the shortcuts described below donot work ???

hey i got my phone from the UK and there is no voice dialing.. also no amazon MP3.. and favs shortcut on desktop is replaced be web'n'talk app... otherwise i think everything s same..
