voice dialing

Cannot seem to get voice dialing to recognize any names. I have tried one contact to no success so then I created a contact in gmail with the name home and then after sync. could not "call home" Just get a list of wrong suggestions, numbers, not even close.
Ideas?

That's strange. I was very surprised how accurate my voice-dialing is. All of my contacts were entereds in gmail then synced to the phone.

Is this with the headset or the phone?

I've been able to do it with a minimum of background noise. And even with noise...but it pops up more names then I voiced.

I also cant get the Voice Dialer to work for me, I'll also be waiting for the new OTA Update.
