Two things i would like to see would be a kernel level thread viewer (probably must come from Google since they're determined to keep our hands off root) and someone with decent knowledge of the topic to do a complete security review of the device.
Just imagine what malicious flash code could do on a device given access to your personal phonebook, email account and calendar. God save you if you're running that Bank of America app.

Well your company needs better info. Multi-touch has nothing to do with patents from Apple. There are other devices already using multi-touch for one. Two, the screen, motion, and driver patents are owned by Synaptics as of I think late 05.
