well maybee you can help me with this i spoke to the peeps in the shop i bought the phone and they couldnt answer but you seem sharp so il ask you.

the other day i turned magic off cos it froze when i turned it back on it went to a blue led and the screen would not come on i had to plug i get orange led the unplug and plug in battery whilst in charge mode -it took 2 attempts for restart to commence , i later looked online how to see whether i have 32a or 32b type of phone and when i did this the same thing happened so i did plug in battery trick the it worked again... what is this and why
