Thinking about coming back to the G1 family :)

What's up y'all? I haven't been on here in a long time, but Ive been looking at some g1 related topics and figured I post something. I had one of the first g1s to come out but because of complete frusteration, I went back to my iPhone. (yea yea yea I know) But after looking at some things, I'm thinking about coming back. Questions: is the OS more stable than before? Please tell me something good about the battery? Is the email app improved? Like if you don't use the gmail, can u still open attachments with the plain email app? I want HERO!!! (LOL) is this possible? If the answers are to my liking, Id b willing to post my iPhone for sale. Jailbroken n unlocked.

O yeah, are the apps better? So overall, is the g1 a better device than it was 5 months ago? Thanx in advance y'all.

the OS has become pretty amazing.
with cupcake the OS has shaped up beautifully, i mean theres still some things that can be fixed just like every other phone but be cupcake has made it great.

the email is good now, especially if you have something other than gmail.
i use aol and attachments load fine, a lil slow but nothing seriously dramatic.

and from what we've seen pictures of the HERO OS might be able to work for the G1 in time. but you must have root.

the G1 has lived up to the name, took it some time but its there now.

You definitely want to come back. Cupcake has made this phone amazing. It just keeps getting better and better.

that sounds good!!! Real good!!! Especially that email. One more question: is there an app that I can use so I can post directly to my blog from the phone. There is an app on my iphone called blogpress that does this gr8 when Im not able to get near a computer. And I cant attach pics also.

Yeah Welcome back, You're going to love the phone after the Magic Builds and cupcake.

But other than, I'd buy your iPhone of you and smash it into pieces while recording it on my G1

lol....it looks like Im on the hunt for a G1. I placed some replys in Abuy. Well c how this pans out.

idk about the blog thing.
im not too sure about that.

but truthfully the iphone has nothing on the G1 anymore.
cupcake smacked the iphone in the face.

and the new hero build is going to smack it even more when it comes out.
theres too much to look forward to now, we got the G1 v.2 then the magic then the hero..

just come back now. lol right NOWWWWWWWWWW
