i remember getting an email about this, thought it was for general radio and data services.
I dont know if anyone tried to "Take Action" before, but for those not in 3G areas yet, this may be an opportunity to have your say.
***I'm not sure if this is for 3G though***
Here's the link: T-mobile Take Action

you can also ask your instore representative to pull up something called their ICM (interactive coverage map) which i was taught to by a network engineer from t-mobile... from this in-store ICM tool, they can report an outage for you...
and if the rep doesn't know about this, tell them how to do it and make them feel stupid...
open up the ICM
put in your address or the location of the area where you do not get coverage
tell them to create a ticket via one of the tabs, don't remember
My house is right in between two cell towers and I'll get 1 to 2 bars on my Pearl. Not bad, but if I go into my office (downstairs) I don't get any service at all. If I were to go to a store and have them look up my address will they actually take any action? I have looked into buying an amplifier but I don't want to drop 200 just to get a better signal.
NICE FIND DudE!!!! here is a chance for all you people that dont have 3G in your area to speak UP! let your voices be heard and maybe t-mobile will do something about it![]()

I hopped on this site and contacted my local Tmob representative asking him about my "situation" sitting between two towers and the minimal signal I get at my house. Hope to get something improved as I have been a customer since the Voicestream days.
I live in a 3G market (Seattle) however I'm literally about 5 miles outside of the 3G area. I asked the rep to see what needed to be done to get a better signal and what the outlook is on expanding the 3G area. I'll let you know how it all goes.
thanks for the post keep us updatedwe would love to hear from you.

Just a quick question--has anyone verified that this is an official tmobile web site? With the URL not being exactly t-mobile.com, I am just a little suspect. Yeah, it looks like the real thing, but that's easy enough to do.

It was recieved in the T-mobile October scoop along with other October news...
