I got offered an G1 tonight for about $400 or OBO but the thing is I can buy it I got the $ but how warranty/insurance take effect on this? Would i be able to put insurance from T-Mo, warranty, what's your guys take? Should I wait till Wed since I am already assured on getting 1 since I am in a waiting list? or buy the phone

I would just play it safe and buy it at the T-mobile store.

If you do decide to take the other route then make sure to call the store you reserved the phone from and tell them to take you off the list so that it can be available for somebody else.. that's what I did.

well i woudn't have to extend my contract BROHAM and I would be out of it by next October, instead if I do the phone thing I would be stuck till 2010 instead of 2009
