start up hangs on my pmp

I am very new to this so hope I have posted in the correct section.
i have also posted on another forum
hope someone can help

I have an Onda v10 tab which has worked very well untill now the problem is
when switched on battery or mains it starts to load android then sticks with the android logo on the screen.

I have tried the reset button no result
i have connected to the computer via usb and it shows 2 drives int mem and the micro sd card as removable drives if i try to examin them it tells me to insert a disc,on properties it shows disk full 0 bytes
as this is a china player i have no instruction so dont know what to do next

player is used for movies ebooks and mp3

should have saved up and got a galaxy

Welcome to Android Community!! Sorry to hear you're having problems.

On some US Android devices you can boot into recovery mode by powering off the device. Press the power button and volume down buttons at the same time. Keep holding them, and hopefully the recovery screen should appear. If it does check and see if there is a factory reset option. That's all I got, so hopefully it works. Give it a shot and let us know if it works.

Thanks for the reply its a touch screen model and i have tried pushing the 3 buttoins it has in all cobinations and the reset button unfortunatly it diddent work

Have you tried doing Google search for your make and model of tablet?
Also, the manufacturer website should have a year to help with problems and such.
