and like I said they did go over it such as I know a free blackberry, just not sure as of upgrading to another phone like the pre.

Sprint/Ericsson network deal
Sprint is transferring day-to-day operations of their network to a new division of Ericsson. Here's the article in the KC Star, Sprint's hometown newspaper:
http://www.kansascity.com/637/story/1315926.html
They try to slap a lotta lipstick on this sick pig in the article so as to not worry the locals or remaining customer base, but it's really just another sign of how serious problems really are at Sprint. They've laid off so many people to stay alive and are so incompetent they don't trust themselves to run their own operations anymore, so they're contracting that out to real professionals.
Probably only a matter of time before Sprint is sold for their most valuable remaining asset - not their lousy network or dwindling customers, but the large amount of prime bandwidth they control. Kinda sad...

How 'bout this...
Sprint's kickin' arse with the awesome Pre! With their newly announced power partnership with the most excellent Ericssson, they are now positioned for world domination in the mobile arena!

You should probably call and ask human resources as it is not unprofessional to ask HR about benefits. It's their job!
dude c'mon really!? think about who you work for.. a huge mobile phone company, a company whos employees are going to know all about phones before they come out that they want info withheld on until public announcements are made so dont you think there are people all over the place who go on all these websites to make sure no sprint employees are publicizing confidential info!? ill tell you that im a Sprint employee and you dont get any free phones and you pay the same price as any upgradable customer on a phone, and thats pretty much all you can say.. not smart todisclose any confidential info on public sites, thats the quick way to the poor house.. id suggest talk to your co-workers and managers and not ask a public website because any sprint employee who wants to keep his/her job is going to tell you anything, because we all seen people get fired for posting stuff on sites.. not to be a **** but u gotta be smarter then this
