so weird....cannot get my youtube account to sync on droid

so i logged in...but under droid options/accounts/sync...i cannot make the green sync icon light up...when i click youtube account there seems to be no ability to sync

Let me rephrase. I can't get it to auto sync. Shouldn't have to. Need to go to settings/accounts/youtube/then click sync.
I am able to log in on youtube app. But if I upload video can't see my video on my account until I manually sync.

in your phone settings , do you have background data enabled ?

So when you guys go to your account settings under phone settings, you see it green?ie auto sync. Mine is grey

Do you have a data syncronization option in you settings ? I'm with a g1 , so I'm not very familiar w/the droid . There is a data sync option where you can enable sync and background data .

Yes. They are on. Maybe youtube apt doesn't sync?

alright . i opened my youtube app . open yours , go to your account .
press "my videos"


now press menu then "time filter"


now press "all time" . after that , all your videos should sync up

thanks so much for your help....but didnt work.....have it set to all time.
if i upload a video...it says upload complete (just did)....now 6 videos (previously had 5)...when i look at my vids...there are only 5 vids.

if i then sign out then back in it shows the 6.

can you just check for me your phone account/sync options.....see if the youtube account has green or grey sync icon.....(for me its grey and when i click youtube account the next screen is blank)

either youtube app broken? (yeah right) or it is not supposed to sync. seems my app is only showing snapshot of youtube from time i sign in
