Default Should I return my magic for a hero?

I got a myTouch and I'm within california's 30 day trial period (with only a few days left)

I really like the myTouch, and now I feel greedy, because the specs on the hero are so much sweeter.

I'd have to wait until oct 11 for it, going back to a crappy old phone I have month to month until I sign up with Sprint.

Just looking for opinions or if others are doing this also.

I have not played with either phone (my trusty ol G1) but I've seen nothing on the market that is worth switching carriers for (like I did with the G1). I don't think your experience will differ greatly between the two.

Thanks for the reply, These were the specs I was looking at. Also, its the first android to have full flash support. Can that be done with jacxhero?

I thought the gimped myTouch/Magic was on Rogers network, the one that has the 192mb of RAM.

According to this review from Gizmodo, it has 288mb RAM.

Almost ALL of the specs are the same between the myTouch and the Hero, except for the Sense UI and that the Hero has a 5 megapixel camera.

Also, the flash support that the Hero has is kind of incomplete, but it's there.

As for the Hero ROMs for the myTouch, can't say if there's flash support or not.

Keep your mytouch, then upgrade to the HTC Touch PRO HD 2, when it comes out.
