Default Saving Android Apps. to SD card

I was wondering if any one could please tell me how to transfer my Android App. downloads to my SD card? For some reason, every time I download an App. from the Market, it always uses my internal memory rather than my memory card. Thanks for your help

There is no known way to get your downloads to save to your SD card atm. It will always save to your internal memory. Correct me if need be because I'm unsure.

Yeah, "not yet" is your answer. I'm sure a fix will be along shortly.

This isn't really accurate. In fact, Google couldn't have left this up to the devs, because it requires root access, which only Google has, and which they have taken away from developers. In fact, Google is working on this, according to a google employee on the official help forums. She said there are security issues to be worked out with allowing this, but they recognize the importance and the call for it, and it will be an option eventually.

Sorry, with the latest updates, there's no way a developer will be able to do it.

It's up to Google to make it possible.

I recently made a poll on it and someone claim to be working with Google to make it possible to do it beginning of next year when they will start charging people for the software.

We have to wait until next year to see if that will be true.
