Question? Switching back to home page from browser

Hey guys,

need some input here. Ok i had my g1 for a month and 3 days now and loving it to say the least. One thing i notice is that when im in the browser for a good amount of time and u hit the home button to go back to the home screen all the apps disappears off ya home screen for about a couple of seconds then they reappear.

Is anyone else having this happen? And if so is there a way to get around it? I mean not bothering me to bad just wanted to know.

yeah i get that too. so yeah...anyone know why this is happening?

more than likely a memory leak with the browser application that still has not been fixed...

ya, got the same problem Not a big deal though. Hopefully they'll figure a way to fix it.

Just sounds like normal lag to me. This will happen with any processor based electronic device. Maybe some android update will correct this. I'm out!

Do what I do. Use the quick launch in the setting. Just memorizing the button. I memorize 28 differnent quick launch setting. My destop is clutter free. BTW it good for your alheizmer.

I concur. It'll be cool to see this fixed. But, all in due time.

It is just the processor trying to paint the desktop. Its doing more than one thing at a time. So it lags behind. I havent noticed a mem leak in any of the apps it shipped with.

This happens to my G1 also. Only on internet i believe... maybe when using maps too. I'm not really bothered by it since it's usually about 5 seconds and then again it's a phone not a Core 2 Duo but it would be great if this lag was gone on one of these updates.
