Here's a very important question seeing as how you are rooted - Did you remove any of the "stock" apps? A lot of times removing any of them will cause the update to fail. At this point, the best thing for you is to probably return to stock and update that way. This is of course provided that it just isn't a hardware failure. (Although if you're going to return it for warranty, you'll still need to return to stock anyhow.)
