pre ordering my touch

i am so mad!!!!! the tmobile new website sux!!!! i cant even pre order the my touch----i have talked to 4 different reps and none of them know anything!!!

Well thats not very informative, but i was able to preorder the mytouch perfectly fine from the website, you have to be the account holder in order to preorder the phone.

There seems to be quite a few people who've managed to pre order from this site...

I did hear that they aren't allowing people in Hawaii to pre order... not sure why not.
