I bought a generic SD card about a month ago and when I try to transfer files through the USB cable, the phone freezes and I have to take the battery out to reboot. The same thing happens to when I try and download podcast through programs such as Doggcatcher and Beyondpod..
When I take the card out and transfred files through the card reader on my laptop, it seems fine. I have tried reformating the card and does not seem to work. I use the card that came with the phone and everything seems fine.
I can use it that way and have no problems but I would like not to have to take the card out ever time I want to update.

If I get a new one, will it be the same thing or is there a solution for it?

everything else seems to work fine and this is fustrating!
