Nexus One Price revealed

The prices are fine if they let everyone, new and old customers included, hop on the subsidy without forcing them to change contracts. Wu Tang killa bizzle, T-Mizzle!

Google pushed this phone because no one else was really ready to launch a high end device. They handed the specs to HTC instead of consulting them like the first time around, for the G1.

Now why would google negate all of it's effort to push Android and effectively kill their own sales by demanding silly plans that aren't even that profitable?

That's pretty awesome, google pretty much said here's the keys, just be sure you know how to drive.

Yeah, and it voids your warranty. I gotta give it to them, at least they saw that it was eventually going to happen, and then they turned around and said "here's how you do it, just be careful!"

smartest thing they could do, not try and pretend it doesn't happen, not try and keep people from doing it, just a last chance to back out and a reminder it voids the warranty.

speaking of tomorrow, does anyone know what time that thing is supposed to start, and where/if any feeds will be?

i prefer to watch these things then get some journalists "impression" of the event...

seems every time i watch one then read about it, there is a hyped announcement (i.e. in this case probably the phone) and then an announcement that i find more interesting, that is over looked to cover the hype...

ahhh i'm just gonna miss it, 10=1 for me on the east coast, i work till 2 (or maybe 3) tomorrow...

so i'll be an hour or so behind if it's saved to watch again. but better late then never... and then hopefully after that i can go order myself a new phone. L)
