New Tmo phone release and dates

The boys over at Engadget just posted the holy grail of leaked info, the “roadmap.” While we can confirm most of these release dates via our own posted info from a while back, some of the dates we see above, conflict with updated dates we have been given in the last few days.

• The MyTouch, Engadget reports, albeit skeptically that the phone is sleighted for an August 5th sale, but like ourselves, hope for a pushed up release date given recent comments coming from the T-mobile powers that be.
• Dash 3G and Touchpro2 are still confirmed for the dates listed back in early April, July 1st and 22nd respectively.
• The Blackberry Gemini has no release date listed on the leaked doc from Engadget, but our own leaked roadmap shows a tentative August 5th launch and we’ll keep that penciled in until something more concrete shows.
• The Samsung Spark aka T749, set to launch in both “fire” and “ice” colors is expected July 15th, pushed up one week from the previously announced release date.
• The Samsung T559, which is as of this writing, still an unknown device is still expected to hit July 15th, in 2 different color schemes.
• The Gravity 2, launches on August 5th replacing the current model just in time for back to school. The Samsung T819 gets shown the door for its replacement, the T659 on September 2nd, at least its replacement has 3G.
• The Nokia 5130, another ho-hum middle of the road Nokia device that plays music (hip hip hooray!) will see its way to magenta sometime later this year. No need to stand in line for this one.
• Sony Ericsson continues its return to T-mobile with a two device gamble, the previously known CS8 and the T707, aka the “Elle.” Expect the CS8 to hit store shelves August 20th while its counterpart the T707 drops October 28th.
• Engadget reports and we can confirm that Huawei does indeed have an Android device currently in testing with T-mobile, actually we’re told that 2 devices are currently in development, no word on whether or not both are being readied for launch or simply in the testing phase. We are told by our source that the linked phone does indeed resemble the iPhone as pictured but they can’t confirm if that will be the model made available to the public.
• While hints were given by CTO Cole Brodman regarding T-mobile and netbooks earlier this month, Engadgets doc shows a Dell netbook shipping to T-mobile retail partners October 13th, with availability at retail stores on November 11th. Currently codenamed “netbook,” (really creative guys) we are really hoping for something big out of this launch.
• Huawei and their E1691 data card are lined up to become T-Mobile’s second 3G data stick; with the codename “Laptop Stick Lite,” pictures of the device definitely give it a little more sex appeal than webConnect, according the those who have seen its good looks. Expected to hit stores November 17th.
