I got the OTA notice last night (in Dallas). Updated.

To put it bluntly, I hate it!

Google Talk has become it's own application. Use more than 1 IM account? You get to switch back and forth between more than 1 app now. Brilliant! Who did the usability study on that?

Gmail appears to be unable to open attachments. Every time I try to open an attachment Gmail I see the "The application Gmail (process.com.google.android.gm) has stopped unexpectedly...."

And that's just the first two things I checked out. I used to like my G1.

I have no sound on the video recordings come to think of it. Hmmm, let me test it out during my break and see. Is there supposed to be sound?

Hopefully they fix the low audio when recording video.

I know alot of people have been having this problem. When searching for videos that were uploaded to youtube for test, most if not all of the videos are extremely hard to hear.

I have a question. I recorded a video its 5.3mb's is that stored on my phone or my mini sd? I tried attaching it but it won't let me so is it on my sd?

^ Check to see what your settings are. Im pretty sure it gets saved to the SD card though by default.

I got my first G1 on saturday returned it on Monday just to try out the Memoir and promptly returned that back and got a G1....

now the moral of the story is...when I first got my G1 i got my update later on that night (I'm from ATL but staying Baltimore for a while) now today I'm kindly waiting on T-mobile to send me my updaye or I will be extremely mad >
