New myTouch user, came from iPhone

Hello eveyone, I just signed up with t-mobile and picked up a MyTouch 3G. I'm loving it over the iPhone that I used for the past year and a half. Before the iPhone I was a blackberry user. One feature on the blackberry i loved was the text expander feature (not sure the proper name). But on a BB when I typed GM <space> it would fill in Good Morning. Is there any app for Android that would do this?

I tried searching, but I don't think I am using the correct terms to get what I want.

Hmm, it may be out there. Perhaps search for "quick text" or something. Try searching on this site: cyrket.com because it is much easier and faster than on the actual phone itself.
