    What exactly does
    Nandroid backup ?


    will it back up sms messages, apllications, data, and phone log?
    or what?

    It backs up EVERYTHING. Literally.

    It returns your phone to the EXACT state that it was in when you did the Nanadroid backup. Every single phone call, setting, data, EVERYTHING.

    A couple of minutes at the most. Are you using Cyan 1.4 or RA 1.2.3?

    Takes maybe 2 minutes plus or minus for a backup, slightly longer to restore.
