Music-where to store, how to add to library.

Well, I moved some music from my pc (UsingswiFTP+windows explorer for those who are interested) to the folder musical on sd card. How do I make the default music plyaer see it/where am I supposed to copy the music?

Added: Also, how do I add ringtones?
