Most wanted fixes for the next RC

What do you hope is included in a future OTA/firmware update?

My list:
-infamous 'Insert SD card' glitch that renders taking pics/using custom ringtones useless
-ability to edit the contacts on the SIM card (deleting)
-issue with broken thumbnails in the pictures gallery
-hopefully the virtual keyboard will be adjustable between qwerty and t9

Hmm, I've never experienced #1 or #3 ever.
My SIM died shortly before I got my G1 so there wasn't anything on it to delete lol.

-The Virtual keyboard I do agree with, if not T9 then at least SureType would be nice.
-Make the camera shutter a lot faster, I can manage to take good pics with it now, but it is way too slow for daily use normally.
-Most of my other gripes were fixed by RC33, but I'm sure there are more if I think about it.

It's not the shutter that's slow. It's the autofocus.

The shutter adjusts itself to the lighting conditions. But autofocus on inexpensive cameras takes a while to adjust itself especially in low light conditions.

some type of security to lock apps like gmail, messages, pics even your phonebook should be able to lock/unlock password secure

an actual time stamp for the call log! "yesterday"?! WTF?

a better music player. i have at least 5 suggestions for improvements on this.

^^actually both the shutter and autofocus are slow. If the subject moves even slightly, there's extremely bad blur. Both should be corrected with a good camera app

#1 and #3 aren't actually problems with the phone. I think they are problems with your SD card.

Umm most of the sd card problems are fixed if you reformat your sd card. I had all those problems before but once I reformatted my sd card (on the computer, not through the phone) I never had any problems.

i think the biggest issue that needs to be fixed is that you cant keep a lot of mgs in your txt msg application, the msg's should be moved to the SD card and make it to where the phone is not slow and unresponsive with a lot of msg in the inbox
