Messed my phone up? Help..

**** **** ****. Still.. Nothing. When I click on my Pictures folder on my g1 it just says Please Wait forever. I want to cry so badly right now. Ever since I got my g1 my tmo reps have started sucking, so I cant go up there and ask them. Fuuuuuuhhhh. This is what I get for trying to organize my phone. Thanks for the help though. ): ): ):

what file format are the photos in?

I'm not sure what the g1 recognizes and doesn't recognize, but I suppose that could be a possibility.

are you able to take a photo with the phone and view it?

This happens to me all the time when I mount my sd card to my mac and download new wallpapers off my macbook, after I unmount the card and go into the picture folder they dont display the thumbnail, all you have to do is open the sd card hot swap door while the phone is on and use your fingernail to eject the sd card (you dont have to pull it out of the phone, just enough to make the spring load pop it up) then push it back in and go into your picture folder. It should make all your thumbnails of pictures show now. hope this helps

I'll second the suggestion to go to the Market and download a file reader. If you have the same problem I had, your photos are in another folder of a different name. The file manager will enable you to look into the different folders (or you can always hook your phone back up to your computer and search that way.)

ok so i think i have the same problem i can see in my phone that the pics should be there but it just shows an error. i did this on hundreds of pics i can still see them when i mount to a pc. HELP please

Wow.. I honestly dont remember what I did but I have all my folders set up j ust fine. I think I did the very first set of directions. But then again I feel like I may have just messed w it a bunch.. Sorry.

i tried to take the folder off the phone and put it back and now i can see less pics : ( did u reformat it?
