Mac Address Contact sync to Contacts?

In Leopard, I clicked on "sync google contacts" in Address Book. My address book is the "master" so I deleted ALL contacts in my gmail and I'm waiting to see contacts being synced but when I go to GMail (on the web) I don't see anything... It said username and pw was correct....

You must run iSync in order for the "sync" operation to run. I just did this too and it works fine. I put a little mini howto with another helpful link on my website:

Just clicking the "sync to google" option in address book is not enough. Some people say plugging in your ipod/iphone and sync'ing that will also kick off the "sync" operation. But, I just start up iSync and click sync now, see my screenshots in the link above for examples.
