Just ordered replacement phone for crooked screen

Tmobile has told me that they have ones in stock and ready for shipment on replacement phones.

Well, I did get my replacement today. It's Oct. 27th.

The screen seems a little better...but it's still not perfectly straight. I give up. It annoys me, but it's just this phone from HTC. It's not built incredibly well.

Oh well, I still like the phone a lot.

deff dont think there was a problem.. mostly the screen had two ways to keep it steady.. if its a little loose thats good.. less likley to break.. just dont worry about it the tilt.. it very small and the screen opens like nop other phone .. it doesnt have two straight racks it has a unique arm and a semi circle track... to allow it some levrage and help it last longer.. stop looking at the phone so hard .. barley noticable, im suprised you didnt have to pay a bundle to replace a phone with nothing wrong with it

last night i had some family and friends over...and they all completely overlooked the slightly crooked screen and i made 3 sales for tmobile.
Hmm i wonder if i can get commision on those

yah, it looks like over time everyones is going to do that... i replaced mine cause it was very noticeable and the screen did not sit flush when slide open or closed, but my new one is starting to do the same

OK, I have a new issue relating to the screen. Mine's only slightly crooked, but now I'm getting a ding sound when I open the screen. It's like an old music box tone. I'm sure it's the coil spring or something inside, but I think this little annoyance is going to bug the f*#k outta me.

should I replace? what's the process? do i have to send this one in before i receive the new one? I don't have my old phone anymore. Recycled. I can't not have any phone till it would get replaced.

there aren't any phones being replaced at this moment because of the exclusiveness of this phone and the high demand .


so you're either making this story up or you're lying about your phone being replaced

phones are being replace I just sent mines back a couples of days ago for that same thing and other problems and cs told me i should recv my g1 after the 10th of november

I just got my replacement g1 today, wasn't expecting it so soon since I ordered the replacement on the 28th and got it today on the 1st. I went to my po box just to see if I had mail and my g1 was in there.
Now the good thing is that my g1 that I have feels better amd more solid than my old one. The screen doesn't wobble or squeek at all..
