I have no idea if every single phone has this problem, but I just called TMobile and they're sending me a new phone. I can't deal with the stupid crooked screen. I pay $180 for a phone and the freaking screen is crooked?
When I slide it open, it feels loose. You can push up the left hand side of the screen by a few degrees.
I have a feeling my replacement phone will have the same exact problem but I went ahead and got a free replacement anyway.

Mine is perfect, hope your new comes quick.
you're lying
there aren't any phones being replaced at this moment because of the exclusiveness of this phone and the high demand .
so you're either making this story up or you're lying about your phone being replaced
Yeah, I called to get a replacement because mine turns off when I open the screen and they told me it would be anywhere from 14 days to the end of the year before I would get another one.
He said he ordered a replacement phone, he didn't say when he would get it. Now, if he had said "i'm getting my new phone in a matter of days" I would question that, but give him some time to explain the situation a bit better before you jump all over him and accuse him of lying.

Haha calm down kiddies, jesus.
Yes, I'm getting it in two days. And no, I'm not lying. I would love to have you call me that to my face though "booyaka", that's for damn sure.
I know how to deal with customer service. Plus, I've also been a TMobile customer since Voicestream...no scratch that, since Omnipoint.
that's what they told me . i don't know how he's getting his in 2 days
they said for sure not before nov. 10th because they're sold out until then and they need to distribute all units .
so you're looking at waiting until the end of november til somewhere around december if they don't keep selling out for christmas season
my advice to you is if you can, open up another line and turn it into a family plan that way you can get your 179 discount on the new phone with the 2 year extension on the new line. then just cancel the data plan on the new line and keep the new phone . make sure to send back the broken device and tell them you want a refund
.. that's what i did
