Just got off the phone with T-Mobile

basicly the guy said that those that shipped early with tracking info causd a lot of press and such to call so now they arent updating anything in the ups system , he assured me that it would be delivered on monday and they are keeping everything 'hush hush' ( his words) he said they just got new info about all this before he started today and said he told me more than he should of lol so there ya have it

Ive heard so much different info from Tmo. everytime I call its something new so I dont know what to believe .

These people just say whatever they want, without regard to reality, facts, or real inforrmation. of course UPS is updating. These are just more packages to UPS. There are not 1.5 million of them, they are not being shipped "randomly", they are not being "held" by anyone... They're just being shipped. What that a T-Mobile CS person has said so far has actually ended up being true? I haven't heard anything true yet...

That's sort of crazy. I work all day was planning on staying home to accept the delivery. This sort of messes everything up for my scheduling.

I'm sorry but it's hard to believe T-Mobile could tell UPS not to update their Tracking System (which is automated) on just these ~300,000 packages. UPS is UPS they update when a package moves, not when T-Mobile tells them to.

That's what I was just thinking after my reply. In that case, my package hasn't moved in two days.
