I need some of your opinions on the G1 colors!!!

Well at one point i decided to go with the black but i wasnt so sure when the black looked like a flat black then i decided on the white but im kinda worried about it getting dirty...so i looked at the brown and it looks interesting but im not too sure about it....so right now im thinkin about waiting till oct.22 and going to my closest t mobile store and getting some hands on with the different G1s...what do you guys think give me your opinions!!!

Brown looks a little funky, but I like the silver keyboard on it. I REALLY liked the white in closeups, especially seeing the sort of two-toned look with the keyboard, etc. I don't really know about teh dirty factor? Never had a white device.
Black looks good and classic, but may show pocket lint a lot worse than white?

I went with black. I don't think it's a decision I'll regret. I imagine they'll sell 10 times more black than the other two combined. --Maybe good incentive to go white?

yeah im like 90% sold on white but the only thing thats worrying me is it getting dirty..i dont know if it can somehow can get dirty overtime but thats what im worried about only...other then that im thinkin white...

Also i saw on another thread that "From impressions I read elsewhere, the white has a different finish and generally feels like it has superior build quality." i wonder if thats true...thats also another reason i want to wait and get some hands on with the G1

I have own a few white phone, including the w810i. To tell you the truth you wont noticed any dirt one it. The having a white phone wont get old. Its unique everytime you look at it.

well if you go white and get a body skin cover, you should good to go, I'm aiming for white myself.

I'd agree with the brown looking funky. The finish seems to show finger prints a lot more than the black one, but it is a somewhat deceptive colour. When I played with the phones at a T-Mobile store near me it didn't look bronze/brown really, more of a brownish-grey. If it had a more matte finish I'd definitely go for it, but as far as looks go, the white or black would definitely stay fingerprint clean longer.
